When they get out of school there aren't many places to go.I tend to believe that business and commerce would do better closer to the schools and park than at the main intersection.There are a couple buildings of interest that are not listed, but could probably be bought at a low price . The Dance Cottage is my favorite. It is a huge building that sits on a big flat piece of land. It could easily be subdivided into a bunch of shops and a lot could be added on.
